I have tried to get a hold of 21st Century Insurance Since August 24th. I call first thing in the morning, the message always defaults to your wait time is 20 minutes, then 1/2 hour later it says 2 hours. nobody ever answer. got expedited number from claims but it puts you on hold and nobody returns to answer the call. I cannot make the changes online only get this message; We’re sorry, but you cannot delete a driver on your policy at this time. For further assistance, please contact our customer service department at (800) 921-1452. so frustrating.
7/12/23 I have been attempting to contact a customer service representative for the past three days. I have been on hold for hours at a time. At one point a representative answered for a few seconds speaking in a foreign language, but hung up on me!! My payment was processed, yet my auto insurance was cancelled. I located the Corporate Office number, yet when I called it was the exact same recording line I called from the beginning. I am completely frustrated as I am unable to contact a human being, and am now WITHOUT AUTO INSURANCE!!! I've reported to the Better Business Bureau, which also has other complaints about not being able to contact a human being on the call line, and holding for hours at at time!!!

They let their computer generate bills even after my policy was closed and sent me to collections.
