I’ve been a AAA member for 50 years never purchase auto & home insurance until two years ago. Since it’s been a nightmare with their nonexistent service. Their representative totally ignored my calls. Lies that emails are on the way. Customer service, there is none. Forget a star rating unless there’s a minus star Category which would be a strong indicator of negatively.

Most mismanaged, unprofessional, non-responsive business I have ever encountered. The tow truck driver they dispatched dented my hood on my brand new car and nobody wants to be responsible. Terrible service, customer service is an absolute joke. Keep your money people and do not pay to renew your memberships, and don’t join as a new member! You’ll be very disappointed!!!
Extremely the worst customer service I have experienced from any company! I have submitted the required documentation and have waited the ample timeframe as specified to discuss a reimbursement. It is now going on 9weeks since I submitted this. It is a bait & switch game trying to wear you out! RATING IS ZERO!!!!
Worst service ever after 40 years with this company still waiting for a tow from yesterday at 1 pm. For a 16 mile tow
AAA customer service is in the DUMPS. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life, BY FAR. I called in 230pm and they said the drive would get there 550pm. That's 3 hours and 20 minutes. At 6:15pm I contact AAA and they said the drive said they are running 25 minutes behind. I wait another 120 minutes and call back AAA and they said the drive isn't picking up. I asked to speak to make complaint and the send me to manager who says drivers has the right to refuse tow. What am I a member for. It's now 10:55pm and I called AAA 6 times now a manager is telling me that she will have driver make first pickup for me in the morning. I don't want to wait till morning and go through this ordeal in another day. AAA is TERRIBLE!!! I need to look into my insurance company tow because this is unacceptable.
I brought my truck in for a 8:00A.M oil change. At 8:30 A.M my truck is still in the parking lot. I talk to the person at the desk. At 8:33 AM. they brought in my truck. Had I not spoken up; who knows how much longer I would have waited. It’s my only day off to get things done. Bad service.
Took my 2012 Camry to AAA repair center in Goodyear, Az because ac went out. It was July and 115 outside. I have used AAA garages for years in Phoenix and they were wonderful! This one not so great! Matt, the Manager, tried to tell me my condenser was bad and had spewed garbage all inside the unit and it would cost me $3500 to repair. I asked him if they took it apart and he said no, they put it on some machine and that’s how they knew. He said their experience led them to know what was wrong. I told him no, that I would check around and get back to him. I decided not to have it done and went back for my car and they charged me $158. I took my car to another garage where they fixed the ac for $1300. There was no “garbage” in the system. It’s working great and I’m so glad I didn’t let Matt talk me into that $3500 bogus repair. Buyer beware at this AAA repair shop!
