Today I was told that if you fax documents to them they may NOT be received. So if you did that go to an office or upload them. I was told there's a "gitch" in the my access Florida website. That isn't anyone else's fault besides the States!! The first 3 times I tried uploading the documents it said the file was unsupported. Today is the first time. It didn't. They should have this information on the site but they don't.
More than messed up
I'd like to know where all the faxed documents we sent went too? I really think they're being thrown away. If they didn't get it after faxing 4 times where are they going? Anyone else having this issue?? They say if you can't upload them to fax them, not bring them to the office like we were told today. It doesn't say that on their new great myacsess account which is repeated over and over and over again. It says to fax if you're unable to upload. So what happened to the documents we faxed 4 times? We'd really like to know!!!!
They're really messed up right now. Some people are doing their jobs and some people aren't. You see where you're calling in their Google description? Then why did 2 of them say they couldn't help me I'm waiting on Tallahassee? I was calling this place supposedly in Tallahassee. 4 hours on hold calling them in Tallahassee to be told I had to call Tallahassee. It's ridiculous. They didn't give me any other numbers either. I understand they're slammed because of the new my access website making everyone make another account without a letter to anyone nobody could get into their accounts. They don't have enough employees to answer the phone or help everyone without people having to call 25 plus times to get a person on the phone and then wait on hold for hours and hours to talk to that person and get told all the I'm waiting on Tallahassee and they can't do anything even though we're calling Tallahassee. It was a Friday afternoon when I called. I have been helping my friend get help because he has seizures from a tbi. Trying again today but it really is bad. DeSantis needs to get this State fixed because it's really a mess!!! Not just here either. When I asked for a supervisor today she said oh so you don't want my help? She wasn't able to tell us where the faxed documents went. Why we wanted a supervisor. I'm helping someone who has a tramatic brain injury. He really needs the help. It's ridiculous! I would tell people to start your application online then bring the documents to a office just incase. Idk what their doing with the faxed documents but I'd really like to know.
