I moved scheduled with ADT date to transfer the service and cancel at previous residents on 9.29.22. The service transferred however I continue to receive calls from ADT stating at the previous residents the service is not cancelled. I've been receiving calls from ADT informing me that the service is not cancelled transfer me to the cancellation department and I am on over approximately 1 to 2hours and then the telephone disconnects. I called the corporate office to file a complaint and explained the situation and the representative disconnected the call. There is definitely, a change in the service I have been receiving as a customer and sure others are not satisficed as well. As of this date the problem is not resolved. Also, I brought my camera it worked for approximately one week and now I am told I am unable to use and have to purchase another indoor camera's. I received a call from ADT my alarm was going off. I gave instructions to dispatch the police, I was shock to find out upon my arrival that the police did not come nor was they dispatched. I am really disappointed because I've been with this company over 20yrs considered a VIP customer and this has been the service that I have been receiving. Considering changing my security system!

It is with great disapointment i write this letter i have been with the company for over 6 years and have all the gagets the company offers. It was about 6 months or so i received a call stating that my account was over due. I have always had direct pay and for over 6 years never had a late payment or miss payment. So i called and spoke to a supervisor who then stated that all will be address and cleared for being a value customer. Well after a few months i keep reciving call and harrasing sttement that my account was over due. I explained to the company that i spoke with a supervisor and he asured me all would have been taken cared off. I well its been 6 months and i am still waiting on him i have never been mislead by a supervisor and hope that this ssituation can be taken care of the way i was told. I still have hope for ADT and trust that all will be addresed soon.

An electrician came out yesterday to install the thermostat ( vendor sent by ADT) He informed me he didnt understand the wiring for my heat- the thermostat would only control my A/C. it is my responsibility to get ADT to send another electrician out! I do not have heat! Been on the phone since 6:30 am. They can not get anyone till Monday. Im located in NY. I need heat. So unprofessional

Customer service is very poor when dealing with credits. The credit would be awarded and then they strategically reversed which broke customer care agreement. Numerous calls with representative not logging in the concerns. Not positive outlook for a major company that states that they’re number #1 in the country. I am tired of talking and calling to deaf ears. Equipment is not up to par with today’s technology
