Had the worst experience. I had ordered some parts online from this location. The first issue was my fault because I put in the wrong address and they were unable to change it. I had to cancel that order and ship it to the right one.
The second order was shipping to my PO Box. That was mistake within itself. Even though it doesn't show it anywhere on the website, do not ship to a PO Box. The call center reps can't tell you any info on a package if it ships with USPS. I was told there would not be any issues with shipping. Found out I was given the run around. There has been a tracking number on the package for four days and it has not even left the warehouse. Found out today you can ship to a PO Box, as long as the package is shipping from warehouse A. If the package is shipping from warehouse B, the package is just going to sit there because they can't ship USPS and they can't reroute the package with another carrier. Of course you won't know that until the order has been placed and you have been given the run around for about a week. They said they would give me a "one time courtesy" and refund the item. First off, this is your fault so it shouldn't be a "one time courtesy." Honestly, I should receive some sort of discount on the new order.
Very dissatisfied with the whole process. Once I have this order, I will not order online again. This has been a whole nightmare with the company trying to blame me for their shipping issues.
