When you call a firm it sends you to an overseas operator. The operator has no idea what’s going on. I’m getting an error code 500. My account is in good standing. I have a valid email address and when I try to email affirm it tells me I have an invalid email address, I think their customer service is so below that it’s unbelievable. They have background noise when you call they’re joking around in the background that’s all you hear and they blame you that you’re breaking up to cover up the background noise total time wasted and contacting a firm is approximately five hours. They told me my issue will be resolved 2 to 5 business days yet nothing has been done again. My account is in good standing so someone from affirm needs to do their job. hello corporate headquarters anyone home
