I’m really disappointed in Air France. I recently flew your airline business class for over $6,000 from dc to Paris. I had trouble with the ticketing process. Ok, these things happen. Then I get on the flight, and my seat is broken. It gets stuck in an uncomfortable position for about 3/4 of the flight. The crew is nice, but they can only offer me $200 or 22,000 for compensation. That is unsatisfactory. I try to pursue the matter and file a complaint when I return. I get the same lame offer. When I reject that option, my case is closed, and no one responds to my emails. What do I have to do to get proper compensation?
My baggage on my flight from Amsterdam was delayed in arriving on board my cruise ship in Stockholm, and I had to shop for new clothing. I have pursued a claim against Air France with no results.

Air France Customer service is non existent. Numerous holds from 28-44 minutes. I have never spoken to an Air France employee yet after purchasing three tickets.
It is impossible to reach Air France by phone. I submitted my refund request for a trip that was canceled due to Covid in May and have been unable to contact anyone cents. I will never never use Air France again. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who can help me
Customer service is abysmal. I have been trying for weeks to get refunds for "refundable" tickets, and the most common response at the above number is to say that Air France is too busy and an automatic disconnect. When I am able to find a human voice, they stumble about and then "transfer" the call to outer space or the original number which reiterates that they are busy and disconncects. This is horrible. AirFrance Customer Support is a sham. I have contacted 800-237-2747 multiple times since early August trying to cancel and get a refund for WKFLWF only to wait endless hours on hold, transferred, and hung up on. I was also given a number in France to the same end. I submitted the online form 18 August and received NOTHING to date, 9 October.
