I called to have my inhaler filled before i leave to n.c im on oxygen 24/7 the Pharmacist refuses to Phil my inhaler 2 weeks early. Because I'm leaving out of town and I pay for my insurance. It's covered 100% through the manufacturer. But yet she wants me to wait till. I get downstairs and have to worry about whether it's gonna be filled down there or not instead of giving it to me before I leave. This company sucks I would advise you to look somewhere else. They don't wanna pay nothing they want to pay everybody everything for free and the people I am complaining about is Alison with number 34499 five, and Nicolette at 35804 five, and this is at the 1 800 number for Ann butter and I have clothed and cobbled in. These people refuse to fill my inhaler early 2 weeks so I can go on vacation to do what I gotta do. So you know what I will be looking for a new Insurance Company and I would. Revise people to look somewhere else I am really upset with this company.
Don't even think about using this insurance unless you are in good health and under 25 years old and have about $10,000.00 to pay for an emergency health visit.
