I can never get customer service or tech support online. When I call the phone number, it answers, says welcome to ASUS then hangs up. They send me update notifications, but NO link. When I go to their site, put in my Model number, it just says there's an update, but no link or instructions to download the update! Their customer service online and by phone is horrific and leaves me in the lurch without any updates. Horrible.
