Working at Aviagen was a total nightmare at least in the department I was. While I was there only a month working in the IT Department I encountered two individuals that I will only abbreviate their names FD & MQ with these two individuals you will experience something called Hatred, harassment, and favoritism. I encourage you not to apply there in other departments maybe but that one stay away. I went there with minimal knowledge of things and I had to take a lot of notes these people will break you mentally and literally insult you through their expressions and their behavior. If you want to ask a question better think it twice before you do because as soon as you get up from that black chair you will be reading a negative response as soon as you’re back on that seat. These two individuals are not respectful whatsoever any little mistake you do you will receive a two to three paragraph email explaining why you’re not good enough to be among them. Sitting right next you and don’t even speak to you not even a thank you when you tell them bless you when they sneezed it’s unbelievable how rude they are. Giving someone a two week review when they’re only there two weeks is just wrong. I will never in life work there again. I do not encourage you to either. Thank you for reading my review and stay away from AVIAGEN’s IT Department.
