Literally so frustrated with BCBSIL. I've called every week this month (January 20223) to try and find somewhere that will fill my insulin pump supplies, and I get sent around in circles to places that while covered by BCBSIL, aren't contracted to provide pump supplies, or get sent a list of DME providers that aren't diabetic/insulin pump specific (Because 'oh well we only have a list of DME providers, not who specifically supplies what :)' ). Everytime I call and ask for an ACCURATE list, I just get told "Go Google it. :)" INSANELY unprofessional. Called AGAIN TODAY about THE SAME THING, got hung up on 3 times in an hour.
