I bought boars head lower sodium ham from publix on 8/28/15. It turned grey after 3 days in refrigerator. I took a picture and showed deli worker at the publix on 9/2 and emailed it to her, she didn't get back to me. I called boars head corporate and spoke to woman named Ally. She didn't want to do anything for me except tell me my refrigerator must not be working correctly. I had evidence in the dated picture. I have never seen deli ham turn grey in 3 days ever.
P.S. Mike H. the local distributor contacted me immediately and took care of things. I will continue to purchase Boars Head.
