Why is the Burger King store not open, but, the drive thru is in Pensacola, FL?
Add a Burger King store, 8520 fifth av, Brooklyn,, NY 11209. They refuse to honor the whopper coupons that appear in these Sunday papers they say that the “impossible whopper” is a vegetable not a whopper this Sunday, December 4 four of them ganged up on me and said I was trying to get a free whopper because my coupon had to say impossible whopper on it. All four of these employees just ganged up on me. I was totally embarrassed is the line behind me was getting longer and longer as I stood my ground. I explain to them I have been to that same store five times and have seen the coupon used for impossible whopper they told me no that never happened I myself used it twice before anyway 04 got unruly by this time the line was halfway to the door I was now embarrassed and I left the store if I live to be 1000 years old and Burger King is around for 1000 years and you live to be 1000 years old, you will never see me in a Burger King . The way I was treated was horrible almost like they enjoyed it like I was some kind of homeless trying to come in and eat their food for free. Thank you for listening.

I think its sad that your Lobby cant be open at 5:30 pm in Elyria , ohio at chestnut Commons. It was a Saturday and My wife and i wanted to sit and relax and eat in the restaurant instead of rushing home while are food gets cold. Its nice to eat out. For some reason and its not the lack of people working, its the profits or corporate greed. Needless to say we will not eat at any restaurant that closes there Lobby and forces you to use the drive thru. Didnt want to give any star on the rating chart but it forced me to do so to submit.
