I have been going back and forth with Capital one credit card and my bank for a month now. For some reason a chargeback hit my account in October from a payment done June 2023. I called and spoke to several managers and supervisors along with my bank. I provide verbal confirmation from my bank that this was not me. At first the chargeback was temporarily reverse and I submitted my bank statement. Then it was close and the chargers came back on my account. I called them again and spoke to my bank again through three-way calling and a month later my bank is saying they already spoke to them about it and Capital One is refusing to give me a copy of the chargeback. Legally I should be able to get the document you are accusing me of doing.
How can I resolve this issue. I have been with them I believe over 10 years. But now I am so disappointed in them.
