I asked the lady to put a note in my account that I paid on the due date so it wouldn't be late but it was.

 by Richard F. Tingley

I hope this ends up in a morning brief for Mr. Vice President Slocum.

My name is:

Mr. Tingley

Master Chief Warrant Officer,

U.S. Army (Ret)

I have never had worse service then I had today!

A simple email was sent from your company, offering;

0% for a period of nine months.

I received the email at 0843 hrs. Central time. I made several attempts to open and apply for my EXISTING account.

Finally decided to call to get it processed by a customer service agent. She did a fabulous job, with what she had available to her.

Twenty Seven minutes later; after several Video chats with her supervisor and tech support. I was informed her supervisor wanted to talk to me.

Rather than giving up as most would, the Master Chief came out in me, I went on hold for another seven minutes! For a request by her supervisor. A total time now of thirty- four minutes. When this supervisor answered; as most people would be I was a-bit irritated, she started to speak and I interrupted to introduce my self. She cut me off as well, as she needed to secure the account (again) at that point I had already secured the account three times. After another security test, I finished my introduction as I allowed her to. I then pointed out a few items that had caused my irritation. Let there be no doubt, I was irritated! You can however be irritated and firm at the same time without being rude.

When I was finished speaking, a two-minute issue at best.

(now on the phone for a total of thirty- six minutes) this supervisor immediately hung up on me! No cursing, no abuse, no nothing! Just my expectations and that my account reflect the offer by the end of my conversation with her.

I truly hope you take the time to look at my conversation with this supervisor. So much so I will, like you do, disclose what you send through email
