Cash app customer service reps can't do anything to help a customer and cash app has closed my account and won't let me get a new account do to some issue. Well I had only one cash app account that I set up so and when I found more in my name or with any of my emails I reported them cash app has gave my whole family issues with there accounts and they need to fix there problem
Can't use my card and not sure why! I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone from customer service all day.
I need to use my car since it is MY MONEY! I won't be using Cash App anymore! Too many problems and nobody working to help! I'm livid!! 😤

My account was hacked. Bitcoin purchased as well. Venmo did their job, my bank did their job yet cash app says this is my fault and can not be of any assistance. This is the most absurd company ever. Like ever!!!! Their support is trash, and managers won’t even get on the phone with me. Everybody needs to cancel their cashapp account and leave this company alone unless you are just dying to have your money stolen. Pretty sure cashapp benefits from these type of situations.

While on a call with cashapp customer service the rep transferred my money $223 to an unknown account and then their supervisor hung up on us after refusing to undo what his employee did.
I sent 2 payments for $125 to a person who had recently gotten a new phone number which made him have a new cash app ID. He couldn’t get the money because he couldn’t log into the old account because the number was assigned to another customer. I tried to have the money refunded to me since the cash app ID that I sent the money to was now a dead account. Cash app claimed that they can’t give me a refund but the money is setting there in a dead account. The refunded $1 but not the 2 $125 payments. They are trying to take my money

They have charged me two fees inaccurately and refused to fix their error. Kept my money knowing that the app malfunctioned.
I filed my taxes through Cash App in August 8th of 2022 and i still havent received my refund and everytime i call cash app support they cant tell me if my taxes have even been sent to the irs or refuse to give me any information about my refund and my refund is supposed to be deposited back onto my cash app. I advise any and everyone not to file your taxes through cash app because they will not tell you anything about your taxes and they will hang up on you they wont even tell me anything about my bitcoin investments so i give cash app 0 rating because ive filled out complaints and called cash app support just to be laughed at and hung up on
I got scammed for 959 dollars threw cash app and have yet to be paid my money back. The man’s name is Gregory Piller that took my money out of my bank account SMMFH!!!!
