Took forever to load I arrived for my appointment at 9pm and didn't leave until 3 am. they claimed my load wasn't ready which is fine. i waited to check in for an hour. no one was tending to the front desk and the people that would come in periodically just keep saying "someone will be with you"....a whole hour just to check in?!?! That's wild
I will give them points for being polite though
