I have a 2013 vw jetta tdi under warranty and every time my dpf light and check engine light comes on I have to bring it in witch is every 4 months and they keep my car for about a week or more and they give me a loaner car . (But It’s like pulling teeth to get one) anyways AGAIN my dpf and check engine light is on and I requested this time I wanted a new dpf filter to be put in. Now all of the sudden they do not have a car loaner program and so I can’t just drop off my car without having a car. In my warranty it states that vw if vw dealership has to have your car for more than 2 hours a loaner car will be assigned to you. If they would have fixed my car the first time or second or third or fourth time I would not have to keep bringing my car that was a tdi that vw was sued for in the first place. They aren’t living up to there word. That they went to court for so now what the hell am I supposed to do? File a law suit ?
