My experience was good, only issue was finding a tow truck. I had to wait an extra 24 hours to get towed. (Broke down Sunday at noon, towed Tuesday at 9 AM) They paid for the tow, and brought it where I wanted. Communication was great the entire time. They approved the work promptly. They next day delivered their parts to the dealership and I had my truck back by 5 PM Wednesday. Payment to the dealership was also done right away. Apparently I will get reimbursed for my rental car the days my truck was at the dealership which is great. I will have to pay for Monday out of pocket for the rental because my truck didn't arrive at the shop until Tuesday. I thought that was strange because it was supposed to be towed Monday, but they couldn't get a tow truck. Seems it was their delay not mine. All in all, my experience was good.
