I have been trying to reach someone from Directv other than by phone. Is this possible? Phone is just like your web site, it's a continuous loop. Talk to many representatives, but never the right one. The e-mail on this site, "info@directv.com" goes nowhere. Another loop. Can you provide me with an email that really works?

Frequent signal outrages on Direct Tv
Been a customer since you started. Called on Aug 1st for service. They made service appt. for the 11th. Sent us numerous texted confirming and on the 11th they sent a text confirming our app for Aug 20th with no phone call. I called tech and they said they would make sure they came on the 20th. On the 20th we get another text confirming our appt for the 27th(no call to us) I called tech and they said they would accelerate but never did. I told them I would not be available on the 27th(Sat) but they said to leave that date and they would work on getting a sooner date. I called today and have been on the phone for 2 hours and 45 minutes trying to get a supervisor. Just talked with a supervisor and he will call me back after talking to back office to try to get a date. DONT THINK IT IS TOO GOOD OF A POLICY TO SCHEDULE APPT 30 DAYS AFTER SERVICE PHONE CALL TO A CUSTOMER WHO IS PAYING EXTRA EACH MONTH TO GET SERVICE. Also tried calling customer service to lodge a customer complain and the call went to the billing department. I got the phone number on line to give a complaint. Terrible communications for a communications company. Wish I could have expressed my dissatisfaction to a customer service person instead of having to type all this. Terrible!!!-
Terrible.. Before becoming a large company you cared.. Now.. sorry about your luck. Been a Direct TV Customer for over 20 years, and paid extra for protection. So much for the Pride you had. v Minus 1 Rating

however, if you cancel One America News, I will be forced to switch to a service that includes OAN
they are the best source for real news
