This has been the worst cable in the world. They are in dispute over a contract with abc Hearst. The customer is the one that ends up in the crossfire. They have given me a five dollar credit and a free Showtime that I don’t even watch I want out of my contract and I would rather go to the streaming with Hulu which I had to purchase because of the shows that are not on that I watch. I know I’m not the only one that agrees, but even the TV channel that I have called. WPTV says it is Dish fault. I I am extremely upset with this programming issue that they have. If it was a customer to not pay their bill. It would be a different story. I want everyone to know on social media that dish does not live up to their standards, or anything for their customers.

Terrible service. I understand they had a cyber attack but have been a new customer for 3 months and service absolutely horrible. Long wait times to when I get a person, they can't help. Local channel has been out since I became a customer but get charged for it. Sorry I switched.

Service went down late last week, I cannot get an answer from anyone. I wait and wait and wait and my call is not answered. I see you are having problems but you should get somem peope to answer calls from disgruntled customers.

When will this mess be resolved? We've been trying to cancel our Dish service since the end of February. Well we got billed again and still cant get ahold of anyone to cancel our service. WE NO LONGER WANT DISH SERVICE...CALL ME!! You'll know who i am , i am also writing to all the addresses i can find for Dish

My Service went out yesterday. All the customer service phone numbers are not working and play a message saying they are expecting some difficulty and not able to assist me! How about you return my money I don't want to pay for a service your not providing!

Wish I could give a lower than 1 star rating ! I’ve been try to get Dish Computer system to accept a new EXPIRATION Date on the SAME credit card for Auto Pay ! Customer Representatives says computer won’t accept updated ?? And to call back tomorrow .IM ON 4 TOMORROWS !! Each representative makes me go through the WHOLE process over and over again , just to tell be there a problem with the computer. One. Even said it’s a problem with my card - even after I explained my 5 other auto pay companies QUICKLY updated the expiration date and security code ! Ask and was connected to a “SUPERVISOR “ who was RUDE and CONDESCENDING …. WOW . I’m at my whits end . I’m sure Direct TV would welcome my business !!

What a Merry-Go-Round of Incompetence!!! 1st- I sign up and everything is explained & agreed upon between myself and the Sales Rep including an Account Executive in Billing w/respect to the purchase of the NHL Hockey Package. Then & # 2, I call to VERIFY the hockey channels & original quoted price only to be told that: "Their System has NOT been updated & that I need to call back when the Hockey Season starts." I asked what Difference would it make for me to call back THEN as opposed to NOW having originally been told when I signed up weeks earlier that EVERYTHING was final & complete? It ONLY got more ridiculous. 3rd- I attempted to call the corporate office in California as per the tel. # on their website? A 700 # that did NOT work. Y'all can't make this stuff up! 4th- Then I tried the 800 # listed on their website ONLY to get the same LAME phone menu that originally directed me to the rep. that told me to call back in October when Hockey starts. 5th- At this point I decided to write this review. Does ANY of these Corp. Heads ever try to call in and see what a customer of theirs is subjected to when calling ANY of THEIR numbers? So here I sit while twirling my thumbs and watching the Property Brothers attempt to sell Dish to another like me while riding their never-ending Cyber Merry-Go-Round. Hey Corporate- Do y'all read these 'submits'? CM
