Good Service and food. Worse planes ever….this was my 7th trip and I am sick and tired of the old planes on the EWR to ATH direct flight . I used to flight economy and the seats are so small, I begun to flight business. Old 777’s should have been retired 10 years ago, and in business class my seat was broken. I asked the crew and they said sorry, plane is old and multiple seats and electronics are not working….it looks and feels like a 3rd world charter company, my back is killing me after the 9 hour flight and need Physiotherapy…Never again will flight with Emirates….flight attendants were good, plane conditions unbelievably old, crusty and broken…
Look the first photo, I am 6 feet tall and 235LB and I don’t fit in the business class seat, old old old crusty and broken.. the new Airbuses have pods and you’re completely private. The seats were old, broken with outdated monitors that did not work and completely opened and you could see everybody and everybody could see you. It should really be economy not business class where the ticket cost four times more…. One thing I don’t understand is how they are considered a premium brand when I’ve been flying with them for several years now and I never seen a decent plane…. they also damaged my bag, but there was no one at the airport to talk to Emirates. One star is truly an upgrade.
