We live slightly in the country. We pay a large amount of money and we have outages on average once every two months and are a low priority. It typically takes at least 24 hours to restore services. They love taking our money, but do not care about service. I cannot wait until solar puts them out of business. They do pretty good and providing updates on restoration via technololgy
