It is always at least an hour wait. I would speak nicely about their customer service but the wait is so long that it ruins everything else.
Updated on 1/23/24:After my initial review I did have to call back(probably will have to one more time soon but that’s besides the point) and spoke to a gentleman by the name of James. He was a supervisor that made things clear to understand and assisted me with my original issue. So I am bumping my rating up to 3 stars because of my interaction with him and another very kind young lady I spoke to in a previous time but the wait to speak to someone is still ridiculous.
