My daughter and her bestie went to the store in Wendell NC. Picked up a few items and decided to go to another store to get everything they needed. As they were outside the store the manager comes out and says can you come back inside and show me where you put the items you had. The girls obliged showed him and he began to tell them they looked suspicious like they had stolen something. These young ladies are freshmen's in college and have never encountered anything like this. As a mother I was appalled because now you are stereotyping, humiliated the young girls and racially profiling. The next day I took them back to the store because I felt they were owed an apology, He wasn't there, so I'm waiting to hear back from Corporate. I'm done with this particular Family Dollar.
Complaint against Family Dollar Store in Laurel Hill NC 28351. Return with original receipt. Manager at register. She had problem completing return amount back to card. When she finally completes transaction , I asked for original receipt back. Manager lost control, she said several things and actually scared me so that I suggested calling the police. Then she acted like I wasn't even there. Someone in charge should really watch the surveillance camera of this women stating that she was the manager. Laurel Hill NC 28351

I went to the store in Bryson city yesterday and the woman that runs the store told me that because I had a bag purse she told me that I was taking thing from the store and told me that I needed to leave but my kids was in the store somewhere so I told my kids to go a pay for their shit and come on so will I was outside the woman told my little kids that I was a passy ass bitch and I didn't do anything wrong I even opened my bag and let everyone see what I had in it. I wasn't the only one with that kind of bag in the store that day but she didn't say anything to them I think that she needs to stop looking at people by their outside because we are not all like. I also understand that the next day she did it to my sister in-law because she had her baby in her hands and thought that she had things under the baby wow that is shit
