Awful experience with the manager and a banker at the Schaumburg location at 121 N. Barrington Rd, Illinois.
Lisa was always helpful and a very nice lady/banker but the manager gave me confusing answer about my question closing my account of 6 months Money Market offer. I asked him again about the right time to close it because first time he told me on Wednesday then asking again he said on Thursday November 2nd and he got mad and was disrespectful. It's important to know if and when I'll get the interest I deserve. Calling the 800 number on the bank document is no good, they ask me to call the branch I'm not satisfied with. Something is not right the way it function this bank.Another banker there yesterday when I tried to find an answer for the question I asked about my account she had no clue about anything. I never experienced this kind of attitude in a bank. Wonder if the headquarters know these people how they are with customers?
Horrible company. They won’t release my wife’s stock or respond to calls to Michael Walter. Run don’t walk from 5/3.
