These are hard working people that keep our electricity on.
When the power goes out they are as quick as one would hope for and you must take in consideration of the danger in which they work. Speed would mean someone could lose their life. But I must say I have never waited over two hours in any given situation and most of the time 30 minutes. The longest wait was due to a transformer blowout and they were out in the bad weather working. Great job and be safe!
