I went to the Hermantown mn store and purchased this workbench.

and this happened at this store with me and the person out in the yard and the managers i dealt with at the customer service desk. the logistics manager said that they had more than just one of this in the stock and in stock and couldn't give me one because the on-line purchasing site just crashed. they said it literally just crashed and I was hot an livid because I waiting in line for a long ass tome and paid for this at the register in cash and this all below happened not nice. ever single time I got to this store when there is something I would like to purchase that is on sale in your ad it is out all the time even in the summertime and way before covid started also. so how do I even know that Manager even actually took my information and entered it in to the computer how do I know that this actually happened when I didn't even get a copy of anything showing that I got a raincheck? sorry for the vulgar language below I was beyond pissed and upset
king hate company's that give you fucking excuses for not having a product in stock. Say that their online purchasing crasjust ad I was sitting in their yard waiting for them to load the workbench toolbox saying that they can't give me one because it the online purchasing literally just crashed. FUCK THAT. The young punk ass kid in the yard said that same thing but also said that one was an online purchase and couldn't give it to me.. so then I supposedly got a raincheck for this. no paper saying I got a raincheck nor a email saying I got a raincheck on this item.
