Gap customer service is horrible.
Its policies on returns is awful.
You have to wait the allotted 15 days, plus an additional ten gays before a representative can assist you. When you call the corporate office, it refers you back to the same number of its representatives 800-427-7895. These people can do nothing, but read from a script.

I frequent Gap Inc often and I’ve been experiencing that the same courtesy isn’t being extended to ppl of color.
I cannot believe that customers cannot reach an individual in the corporate office. First of all you are located in that crazy city of san Francisco where most people are insane! I cannot believe you closed our stores in Northeast Ohio. Shame on you. You had a loyal following here. Ordering online is not convenient it takes too long to receive and return. I may need something on a Saturday and try shopping in the store on Wednesday to find an item that I could wear. It is not possible now. Open a store in our market. There are other locations not owned by Simon Properties!! Your new website is difficult to maneuver!!!!!.
Your TV commercial with kids dancing in school has not one face mask, no social distancing, lots of contact. What is wrong with you people. We are in the middle of a pandemic. You are part of the problem.
