Customer service is garbage, there is no explanation of billing, I've called three times to change my date of autopay, the first one they said it can't be done they'd send it up or something to the affect, the second one was hours worth and finally getting to a "supervisor" to tell me they can't help right now and will call back, they never called back, today I called again, because they shut my service off, and they said they could fix it but only if I bring it current. I tried paying my bill on the first, they don't allow it. It is ONLY through autopay that they set up. Not the type of service you'd expect from Google.
