Lively should be ashamed of themselves. For a company that advertises itself as senior-friendly, and "dial 0 for a live operator," it is NOT TRUE! The 0 function takes you to an automated system; to get a human, you need to wait at least 20 minutes. We got a Jitterbug flip phone for my elderly mother, and it was not properly activated. We had to go through the long process with clueless customer support people multiple times. Finally upon cancellation, they declined to send a return shipping label. Total scam. Avoid this company and their false promises at all costs!
