Greyhound sucks! They stole my luggage. They tell you to put a tag on it but why cause they don't call you and let you know they have it. They have a warehouse where they take our stolen property and sell it. I used to ride at least 3 times a year never again willni ride Greyhound. I'll pay more and take a plane or train. Greyhound sucks!
This has to be one of the worst traveling company ever….I have traveled with this company all my life. From the year of 2022-2023, this service is some trash.
Their drivers leave before assigned time to leave. Their drivers do not know how to follow their GPS or they’re broken on the bus. The baggage claim is not safe because for each stop, people jump off and start grabbing bags. I had to stop someone from stealing my stuff! Their drivers don’t quote the rules, people smoke and play music. If they’re late, they don’t send out updates to the customer phone or email. They don’t apologize, as if they’re not aware of their drivers where about. Poor dispatching. There is definitely a break down. All of us must demand our money to be refunded form.

1st trip in the spring bangor to cincinnati. The initial bus was canceled. My seating was changed yet i was billed until i made enough complaints 😌 too many .
Some of the drivers were insulting , arrogant as well obnoxious/ threatening. One assistant was overly demeaning . Completely.
Second trip from cincinnati to bangor. What a joke on me . I was double billed and had to get my bank to cancel the second payment . Greyhound could have just told me to go F off when i called . And the complaints have never been addressed.
Drug dealers in the Arlington parking lot . With a thug sidekick patrolling the patros . No one will give any information when asked . In fact they avoid the clientele.
The busses were persistently late . The drivers were negate to inform anyone of anything . And at least 5 of us were to be stranded in S Boston terminal as the bus was too late for the last connection .
The driver vanished with not even a f off . I suppose the vanishing act was sufficient?
The greyhound terminal was closed . The securlwas atrocious and everyone was in a delimma that was deserted .
Concord bus lines were open and after paying another bus company to proceed. Instead of waiting another 23 hours for an alleged bus that may or may not arrive . 5 that i know of went concord .
To date no one.from greyhound has responded to any message and or complaints . Breach of contract . My life as well the others were not their concern ,customer service did not care when any of us called . They repeated . Go to www.greyhound to be ignored . Because that is your only option .
I have sent a letter certified to Dave Leach in Dallas Tx . It was returned . No one there / rejected . It was not necessary to sign for the letter any corporate officer could have claimed it .
The corporation of greyhound bus lines has the same caliber of concern as the career criminal that awaits the newbie. Give me your money sit down , shut the F up . If you have a problem F off and suck it up Bit@h or we'll call the cops and have you removed .
They are no more than a bully .
