I can only warn against buying discounted theme park tickets from Groupon. I purchased 4 "Two-Park Single-Day Admission" for Busch Gardens and Seaworld last year for a total price of $361. The small print was read and understood by me. Now we were in Florida and we wanted to visit Busch Gardens first. Unfortunately, we were turned away at the entrance and told to report to the ticket office. They told us that all four vouchers had already been validated, even though we hadn't been there before. The lady at the ticket office said we should sort it out with Groupon, she couldn't do anything about it. As we were there and my children started to cry, I unfortunately had to buy another 4 day tickets.
The next day I contacted Groupon support with this problem. I asked them to reimburse me for the costs incurred (Busch Gardens admission) and to make sure that we could use the vouchers to gain access to Seaworld a week later. The apparently Indian employees told me in four messages that they could not and would not do anything about it, as this was apparently regulated in the small print and I should then write to Groupon in Chicago. This clearly shows that they did not even understand my problem and were not interested in solving it. Groupon sold me something that was not provided. I could have just as easily thrown the money into the Chicago River...
