I went into the santa maria store looking for ,for sale , signs today . I asked the register clerk where to find them and she directed me , all along the store manager stood just feet away observing the moment . I went to the area to find the signs and there was only garage sale signs no help to me. From there i went to locate metal cleaning brushes where i noticed that same manager was racing around behind me keeping me under surveillance so upon his tactic being exposed and with the dumbest look he ask me if i needed help . Never been so disappointed at harbor freight and im sure this treatment was due to my skin color , i told him without hesitation you do have to follow me peaking im not here to steal im somewhat a regular customer. To close , there was quite a few shoppers in the store for me to be his sole focus
Your products are very good and employees are knowledgeable at the Hixson, Tennessee store. However, the parking lot and entrance area are very trashy as there are multiple cigarette butts, cups, flattened cans, and paper items strewn about the area.
The store itself is well maintained but the parking lot and entrance portray a bad image
