I drove here for my brothers hockey tournament and I am pleased with my stay but also dissatisfied. I liked the decor, the our room is clean, and the elevators work smoothly. The problem is that our key to our door suddenly stopped working. I called the front desk, they said it was a battery issue. The lock batteries should be fully charged prior to us moving into our room. We won’t be able to get it fixed until tomorrow morning. Now, everytime we leave our room, we have to call maintenance. I will say that the maintenance and the staff were very helpful during this process but I am still disappointed. Additionally, the TV in our room turns off and on frequently while we were trying to watch a movie. I brought that up and they said they would come to fix that as well. For a Hilton experience, I expect that all amenities are up and running prior to our arrival. If I have to stay at a Hilton Hotel again I will but it would not be my first choice ever again.
