I purchased 2024 Kia Carnival LX Seat Package and this is the third vehicle my family bought from Kia Horne. This is the lowest trim but it was a good purchase considering the safety features, remote start, and bluetooth connection among others. Haidar, the sales manager was very welcoming, helpful as always. The following day I saw a scratch on the side mirror and I realized nobody noticed it as we did the transaction late afternoon and it was already dark when I left the dealership. I contacted Jack, the sales professional and KIA fixed the scratch right away. We are definitely going back in about six months to buy another vehicle for my nephew.
