Humana is a horrible company and is a liar that does not want to pay out coverage for elderly people. My mom went to the doctor and was not able to get the office to approve her secondary insurance getting filed. After a few calls, I found out her policy was cancelled without any notice being sent to her, about 6 months prior in December. That's pretty illegal!! This company is not to be trusted, especially with elderly supplemental coverage because they want the income, but they don't want to pay out for coverage. Don't use this company. There are many more better businesses offering this to your family to put your trust in.
