I bought my 2017 Santa Fe sport in October 2023 in November of 2023 my motor blew up on me while I was driving on the interstate in Louisiana. Hyundai said it was a recall on my motor so they repaired it at no cost to me. But my concern is a month later the starter is gone out. Now they need to send an inspector to look at the vehicle before they can repair my car. My car have extended warranty on it. And the starter is covered under the warranty. Now I am without a loaner vehicle and I can’t go to my employment. I have been out of work for 7 days due to the vehicle want crank and waiting on the inspector to come. Now customer service stated they have to go by protocol in the contract before I can get a loaner or rental. Now this is the time that Mr. Jose Munoz and Randy Parker need to get on their job about these Hyundai vehicles.
