To whom it may concern:
I am sure, I am not the first one who encountered IKEA's horrible customer service, and this is the company's managerial and structural problem.
At the Home Depot you call one person, and he talks to every component of the sales-delivery chain to solve the customer's problem. At IKEA, I need to call myself, and every single person sends me to somebody else without solving the problem: services are not streamlined into an efficient chain.
I have placed an $8,000 order #413968941 to IKEA for a kitchen on 6/3/22 at the Bollingbrook Center, and it was supposed to be delivered to me on 6/10 -- it wasn't, they rescheduled it for 6/14 -- wasn't delivered without any explanations, on 6/16 -- again it wasn't delivered without explanation. I've spent many hours talking to inefficient IKEA and the delivery company's customer service. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The order is still not delivered.
I am hoping against hope that somebody will actually read this and help me to get my order delivered
