Having to give a star just for a review is BS. JCP should NOT be in business! Cant get answers on where my product is that was ordered on 11/25 or a confirmation showing its been cancelled. Been given 7+ phone numbers, asked for a manager 7+ times, been gievn the run around. I WANT CONFIRMATION THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED. 322-1189 is NOT CORPORATE, its customer service that cant provide anything but fake departments!
