Wish I read reviews before I placed a large on-line order (25 Nov 2023) of which, to date, I've received two items. I've sent 2 emails, texted, phoned the Customer Care and on hold 30 min the first time and 15 min the second time - the same day! No reply. I am proceeding to dispute this with my credit card company since no one seems to really CARE and full order has NOT been received.
