I was in the store on steve renalds blvd in duluth ga
There was a large bin with blue berries and black berries for 1.67 each i got one of each the cashier scanned them they rang 3.99 and 2.99 i said the price was incorrect she said it was with a digital coupon i explaind the app doesn't work on my phone asked her honor the price she said she couldn't and got someone from customer service she said i need the app this has taken 10 minutes i said forget the berries paid for my things ask for a manager when i spoke with him he said this is the age we live in and frustated i left mad said i was done with kroger called the corperat office in atlanta the women i spent 15 minutes on hold said if i would like her to help me with the app i feel the price should have been honored instead i got nothing but mad i have shopped there for years the service has all but left so i too will leave apparently you dont need the 200 a week i spend there i will go to walmart or publix

Manager, Chris saved our holiday! We came to town for Thanksgiving having ordered dinner on line. We had confirmation but something went wrong and our order wasn’t filled. The manager on duty, Chris, treated us politely, respectfully, and fairly. He made sure we got what we needed for a successful family dinner!
