I called Loft customer service and talked to a young lady named Pamela. I told her I was given a leather skirt from a friend for my birthday back in November. I wore it a couple of times, no problem. I was on a business trip and had my skirt on and the leather start peeling off. When I came home, I went to the Arlington Hts store in Illinois and talked to a wonderful girl names Shannon who tried to help, but she said without a receipt she was unable to help. I asked my friend if she had the receipt and she did not. I can show you a picture of my skirt and the label that shows it is from Loft. I don't want money, I just would appreciate a new skirt. Could you please help?

Hi there,
I stopped in the Woodburn outlet store and was greeted by Jessie and his staff. they were all so very friendly and helpful. This was my first time in this store. I also stopped into Ann Taylor, Chico's and the Black and White store and never once during the time in those stores did a sales person say a word to me. It's so very refreshing to get such good customer service. I love shopping at the loft and the Woodburn store with Jessie and his team will become my go to store. Your company is so very fortunate to find such a good staff members. It's very rare these days. Thanks much, Barb Howard
