They suck! No one answers phone! No one cares about delivery times needed! Been on hold for over an hour waiting!! They called wrong number to deliver my dryer!! I never gave them that number!!! I guess they will deliver my dryer to someone else too!!! I need help now not at their convenience!!!! Lowe’s sucks
I bought a central air conditioner that had a 500 dollar rebate from Lowe’s on April 30, 2021. I have gotten several emails from their tier two team that I would be getting the rebate but it is now 9/27/2021 and I still have not received it. They keep giving me the run around but no help. You can’t actually talk to tier two to finally get to the bottom of what the difficulty is. Very disappointed in Lowe’s.
