Started working here just shy of 1 month, never missed a day of work came in often for OT. Never had any problems with other staff. Today on 12/08/2021 I received a phone call from Randstad USA letting me know Lululemon has terminated my contract. Due to me not being "coherent" about where to park. I was told just up intill today that employee of the month parking has was first 4 spots inside the gate. From numerous people even my direct boss Brett. I was told to move my car 4 times today even though I did not park in what I was first told wasn't for Me. On my last break 6am I left and came back to find my spot gone. I drove around parking lot 4 times not a single spot besides behind the building where I don't have access or feel comfortable leaving my only car that I use to provide for my family. I had a brief discussion with Caitlin about why I didn't feel comfortable leaving it there and went back to work. Ty later came up to me and asked if I spoke to Caitlin I said yes and recapped everything with him. Ty even apologized to Me saying "I'm sorry that happened to you.." I truly don't get or understand how you can terminate an employee who has never has altercations, missed days of work. Not to mention to be informed at 12pm when I should be sleeping getting ready for work tonight at 12am. I will be contacting BBB about my interaction with your company and the unfairness I and others have received.
