I am writing to you to please ask you to leave my computer alone. I do not understand how your company cab arbitrarily come on to my computer and remove items from my log-in screen. I am sure I am not an important person to all of you experts. However, I am 85 years old and I had some games on my computer that I played regularly to help with my memory. One in particular was very important to me. Now Microsoft has seen fit to delete one game in particular, a Jewel Quest Game of Solitaire without asking me. I don't know how to get it back. I no longer have the CD. I want to keep things as simple as I can as my memory is not what it used to be. I need to get this game back and I don't know how to do it. Can you help me. Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely, Joan Scribner, 2000 Cambridge Ave. #56 - Reading, Pa. 19610
