A duplicate account was created and using my junk email account. In the last month I had an expired bank card that I then had the new CVS code from the back of my bank card into "the account I created in 2019/MY ACCOUNT". Yet the account using my junk email account that "I did not create or use" did not ask for my updated bank card. STRANGE! Which leads me to believe it must be a source from within that is creating duplicate accounts and has access to our saved banking information in order to update the payment source on the fraudulent accounts.
This fraudulent account was created a year ago. They could see the account but I could not. STRANGE!
Netflix only agreed to give me credit for 3 months of charges for the fraudulent account. I have filed a fraud claim with my bank and I am thinking of pursuing legal action.
Obviously, NETFLIX knows there is a issue with duplicate payments and fraudulent accounts. What measures are they taking? and their customer service representatives are extremely unprofessional and down right rude!

I have had a horrible experience with netflix. We cancelled our subscription a year ago because we were hacked and opened up another account. Sadly after a year I noticed that we continued to be billed. I found out that netflix continued to charge me for an out of country service. We have been informed that because there was a streaming that it was a valid charge even though it was obvious that we were being frauded being out of country, no phone number and an inappropriate email address. I called the police who suggested put in a fraud charge which we did. Netflix is aware of all the hackings and have admitted to us they are aware of it. They continue to charge others as well. So far for all the phone calls I have made it was only it person who gave me enough information to let me know that they are aware that it was an out of country charge to a canadian credit card. Netflix is informing me that I have no right to recieve my money back. Today I called again. They informed me that they are billing then as the conversation continues they tell me that there is no billing.
Neflix is now outsourced with people of little knowledge on how to help in this situation or are trained not to help in this situation. I am so disappointed in Netflix and the service I have had in dealing with this situation. Shame on you Netflix for such poor service.
