Had to have a technician out to my house to turn on services. Technician didn't even wait 5 minutes before leaving. No call no nothing. It's 32 degree outside and the same temp inside. Was an accident and couldn't make it right to the house at 4pm. Now we have to wait all the way until Monday afternoon for heat. I have children and older people in the house. Not even willing to call the technician to explain. Customer service sucks.
