They have penalized us for liheap being late with the payment and added another almost 400 dollar deposit plus the late charges. And after t liheap just paid 750.00 they going to schedule us for cut off again on the 28th-29th of April. It's their own policy to give a 20 day ext why waiting on funds to be paid. However we didn't get that and the lady at customer service said oh the extension would have counted as late to. BS she told us if liheap had of paid on time we would not have a cutoff notice a or another deposit. I foresee a civil suit coming onid they don't honor what their own policy states
This is absolutely the worst company Customer service is very very bad it were not very helpful at all they cut my electric off even though my bills since I got electric episodes has been auto dropped it out of my bank account and they're saying it was my bank fault I called my bank definitely not their fault the money has been in there and now they want a $300 connection fee I have 2 small children this is absolutely ridiculous

The worst electric company in the atra by far. They lose power every single time there is a storm in my area. It takes them forever to fix any issue. They continue to raise rates and we continue to have issues with power outages on a regular basis.
Failed to clean up their tree topping mess after agreeing to do it multiple times. Then changed their minds and said they weren't going to do it.
It's dumb they say the don't want to shut off your bill but they do they don't ever try to help
I need help my bill is due
