Awful customer service experience. I ordered two of the same bed frame. The first one was damaged, as you can see - stains and rips in the upholstery. For the second bed, I received one of two packages and NEVER received the second package. Had to call repeatedly over the course of two weeks before a replacement was sent to me. I thought since Overstock is a huge company, I wouldn't have any problems, but boy was I wrong. Tried to leave a negative review of the bed on their website and they DENIED the review. Shady. Won't be purchasing anything from this company again unless there's no other option.
